Job Description:
We are looking for self-motivated IBM BPM architects to drive innovations on technology interoperable platforms with IBM BPM for enterprise customers in diverse industry verticals. Key focus areas would be BPM with Big data analytics, Next Best Action, and Internet of Everything
Responsibilities:
& & & & Design and implement solutions to address business problems in various industry verticals.
& & & & Drive Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology(POT) evaluation on interoperable technology platforms
& & & & Train and mentor developers towards solution development and POC/POT execution
& & & & Support presales engineering activities for BPM based RFPs
Qualifications: Technical: Must have:
& & & & Design and implementation of BPM-based solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable components within IBM BPM
& & & & Hands on experience with building java web services and integrating web services with IBM BPM
& & & & Hands on experience with the IBM BPM Authoring Environment including BPDs, Coaches, Integration Components & Connectors
Nice to have:
IBM BPM certification.
Knowledge of simulation & process optimization using IBM BPM
Knowledge of J2EE and web-services
Experience in design & development of complex user interface systems using IBM BPM
Experience in Web technologies including Servlets, JSP and XML
Non-Technical:
Must have:
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills,.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with project management and systems development life cycle processes, tools, concepts and methodologies is plus.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
1)Years of experience required for position: 12 and aboveEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
