The Partner Service Desk Associate manages media content through specific workflow-based Operations along with monitoring & reconciling QA Content. 8am EST - 1am ESTPay Range:
$17/hr - $23/hr depending on experiencePrincipal Duties:
o Escalate and communicate issues on time and handle escalated issues and work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors/providers to resolve network/video issues Work on all reconciling and monitoring workflows within the specific turn around time and with excellent quality Investigate and provide resolution for cases/tickets concerning assets Offer solutions and/or fixes for issues Involved in testing of new tools and dashboards Active awareness of multiple simultaneous case tickets with meticulous attention to detail Ability to provide insights, RCA's(root cause analysis) and suggestions based on observations from the end customers and their experience Collect data from various sources and organize in defined templates and tools for further reporting Create/update standard operating procedure documents Manage multi device monitoring set up Requirements (must have) o High School Graduate (Associates Degree preferred) o 2
years of professional experience (education will be considered in lieu of experience) o Must be flexible in working alternative shifts and weekendsStrong understanding of customer service principles and best practices o Strong computer skills, experience with Chrome, Google Docs, and Google Apps Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Requirements (Preferred) Candidates with proven troubleshooting expertise in VOD assets (video/audio, encoding, streaming errors). Strong analytical skills to identify root causes across platforms, effectively triage issues, and adhere to defined resolution processes. Experience in content management systems, data analysis (dashboards, Excel), and familiarity with IBM Aspera for file transfers. Experience in text-based data formats (XML, JSON, etc.) and the ability to decode XML files. Expertise in VOD industry metadata standards (CableLabs, MovieLabs), knowledge of video/audio codecs and container formats. Comprehensive understanding of VOD delivery and processing pipeline.
