We're looking for a reliable Scanning Clerk to become an integral part of our team in our high volume, fast-paced, centralized accounting office located in Milford, Ohio.

Scanning Clerk Job
Responsibilities:
Prepare documents for scanning that includes pulling staples, taping small documents to an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet, and counting number of documents to be scanned.
Scan all documents received from the Prepping Department following specific specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve scanning equipment and document malfunctions.
Follow instructions and maintain clear communication with the supervisor or trainer to ensure expectations are met.
Maintain a detailed record of completed work.
Retrieve deal documents by request from office personnel as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of client information in accordance with our guidelines.
Achieve productivity and quality levels based on department standards.
Keep the scanner clean and well-maintained following company standards.
Other duties assigned in admin department as needed.
Scanning Clerk Skills and
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer proficiencies.
Scanning experience, a plus.
Must be positive, personable, self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
High School Diploma or the equivalent Ability to learn different computer functions and programs, calculator and other office equipment.
Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant attitude under a variety of circumstances.
Ability to work with all types of people.
