Job DescriptionMust live in the Cincinnati area - NO SponsorshipsThe Quality Engineer will work closely with the Global Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing teams to develop and maintain World Class products.
This position requires familiarity with various industry standard inspection techniques, tracking and reporting processes, and existing Quality Systems.
Applicant must be able to act as an auditor for our existing internal systems - identifying issues, recommending solutions, and helping to implement changes.
This position will be responsible for auditing product, developing and owning relevant documents and processes, and communication with the customer, whether internal or external.
Establishing this quality focused expertise in-house will expand the quality department capabilities, increase efficiency across other departments, and therefore enhance company profitability.
The addition of this resource will better align us with our goal as a company to produce World Class products across existing products and new product offerings, consistently and repeatedly.
Qualifications Working with overseas teams/ vendors as well as local contract manufacturers.
Ensuring conformity with all regulatory and compliance activities related to the product offerings.
Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment.
Owning quality processes across multiple product offerings.
Establishing inspection procedures and methods to define and document acceptance criteria.
Maintain inspection files, records, etc.
for future reference.
Preparing reports by collection, analyzing and summarizing data.
Collect and analyze customer feedback based on the data from company quality reporting systems.
Support day-to-day site-specific quality needs for multiple, moderately complex products or product families.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and consult with responsible engineer to develop solutions and fixes.
Perform audits and reviews objective evidence (both internal and external (vendor, subcontractors)).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
