Part-Time Office Assistant (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

At Wimberg Landscaping, we are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant.
We are looking for a candidate who can start at the beginning of August and continue on a year-round basis at 20-30 hours per week based on the time of year.
The ideal start time for this position is 7:
00am Monday-Friday.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred! As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Picking up plant orders and ensuring their timely delivery.
Sending out client surveys to gather valuable feedback.
Assisting with postcard mailers and other marketing/advertising efforts.
Providing support for human resources tasks.
Compiling basic reports to help us analyze our business performance.
Assisting with the employee uniform process, from delivering requested uniforms to inventory management.
Answering client inquiries via email or phone on occasion.
Converting handwritten notes to digital text for improved organization.
Assisting with client database management.
Running errands to ensure a well-stocked office and kitchen.
Putting away and organizing orders efficiently.
Visiting client properties to document work completed by our dedicated crews.
Notifying clients promptly of any issues on their properties.
Other duties as assigned.
To excel in this role, we require proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you will interact with various stakeholders.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus! You should possess the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle confidential information responsibly.
A valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record is essential.
While not required, experience in Canva would be a valuable asset in supporting our marketing efforts.
Additionally, the ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull 40-50lbs will be needed.
We offer 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on the time of year.
Ideally, you will be available to work in the mornings, starting at 7:
00 am.
