Milford Job Overview - Janitor (Overnight) This individual is responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of their assigned service location.
Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:
Clean and sanitize restroom floors, sinks, toilets, stalls in restrooms, as well as empty trash.
Clean customer areas (mop, sweep, vacuum, dusting, etc.

Other janitorial duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 Years or Older Must have good references Employees must have proper documentation to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify) Ability to work overnight including holidays Good communication skills Ability to follow directions & instructions Positive attitude! The job requires that employees follow all health and safety regulations, as well as support and enforce all policies and guidelines established by the company and our customers, including but not limited to directives given by the Regional Manager and/or Vice President.
